Shri Ramesh Chand Sadyal is founder and Managing Director of QCE. He is Master of Arts in English from Annamalai University. He has served in the Indian Army for more than 22 years and subsequently remained associated with Indian Red Cross Society, Punjab (International Humanitarian Organization) for 22 years and worked on various posts and retired as Deputy Secretary. He has 22 years of experiance in Managing First Aid trainings and certifications for pharmaceutical and chemical industry. After serving on various reputed appointments and rendering long unblemished career of more than 44 years, he laid down the stepping stone of QCE. He is the mentor and Guide to all the wings of QCE.
Dr. Satinder Paul Sadyal is acting as Chief Advisor and Career Counselor for QCE. He is M.P. Ed., M. Phil, Ph. D and M. Sc, in Applied Psychology. He has done Diploma in Computer Application (DCA), Certificate Course in Statistics (CCS), Certificate Course in Stress Analysis (CCSA), Certificate Course in Yoga Therapy (CCYT), Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Education (PGDYE) and Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management (PGDDM). He has Qualified SET Exam conducted by Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Shimla. He has achieved Outstanding Researcher Award 2018 in the field of Sports Psychology, from International Institute of Organized Research (I2OR-2018).
He is presently working as Associate Professor and has an experience of around 12 years in teaching and mentoring the students of Under Graduate and Post Graduate level to achieve their goals in life. He has published 24 Research Papers at National Level and 22 Research Papers at International Level. He has published 1 book on Kinesiology for UG and PG classes. He is approved Ph. D Supervisor of two Universities i.e; AMET University, Chennai (India), JJT University, Rajasthan (India).

Dr. Pushpinder Paul Sadyal is acting as Director-Quality Operations and Principal QMS auditor for QCE. He is technically astute, vigilant, and ardent individual with over 17 years of prodigious experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs & Regulatory Compliance, Internal & external Audits, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Clinical Research and Clinical Data Management.
He is M, Sc, Ph. D in Biotechnology and MBA in Operation Management. He has done PG Diplomas in Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs and Nano Bio-technology. Expertise in performing the gap analysis of Formulation, API, Excipients & Packaging Material manufacturing units with respect to the various regulatory standards like USFDA, MHRA, EU, PICS, TGA, ANVISA,WHO etc. He is an expert in various processes like aseptic area qualifications, validations, Media Fill, analytical techniques, analytical method transfer, analytical method validation, process validation, Water system Validation, HVAC Validation and QMS Handling. He has Performed around 100 GxP audits as Lead Auditor in his professional career.
